What is Talent Hub
Talent Hub is the UPC's institutional portal dedicated to Research Staff (PI) and Research Support Staff (PSR). It brings together research career opportunities, funding and recruitment calls, institutional policies, resources and support services in a single point of access, supporting UPC's strategy to attract, develop and retain research talent.
One Team, Many Strengths
TalentHub is the result of a transversal collaboration across UPC. The Talent Acquisition Unit (UCT) and the Labor Advisory and Research Support Unit (UASLR), both part of the Personnel Area, work hand in hand with the International Relations Bureau (GRI). Three units, one team to foster the university’s talent acquisition and retention plan.
