THE PLAN
Overview
The UPC Internationalization Plan 2023-2026 aims to enhance the university's global presence by attracting and retaining top global researchers to ensure research excellence and drive innovation. Integral to this initiative is the Talent Acquisition Unit (UCT), which supports the planning, organization, and execution of strategies focused on attracting, recruiting, and retaining research talent in alignment with UPC's strategic guidelines.
