Welcome to the UPC Welcome Centre website. We are part of the International Relations Bureau of the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya - Barcelona Tech (UPC). We provide support and assistance on legal and administrative issues related to moving to and settling in Barcelona.
Our service
We want to ensure that your research start at the UPC is a success. We help the following international groups at the UPC:

- Doctoral degree candidates hired by the UPC
- Partners and families
As an international researcher who is going to settle down in Barcelona, you must plan carefully your arrival - documentation must be prepared, residence and work permits as well as visas might be needed, also many other issues related to settling down in a new city will have to be addressed. We'll be happy to help you. We provide a personalized consultation service that is tailored to you and your family's needs and covers a broad range of administrative and organizational matters.
