FPI-Ministry: Procedure for Additional Grant for Short Stays at R&D Centers

     2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, FD 2023 i FD 2024
    Check the instruction manual for each call (section Justification > Economic Justification) for eligible expenses
  4. Instructions: 2016 a 2019, 2020 onwards
  5. Purpose:
    Additional support for stays at R&D centers to improve training and advance the doctoral thesis. Stays must provide mobility and/or internationalization and must not delay the completion of the doctorate.
  6. Beneficiaries:
    Active FPI-Ministry research trainees from the 2015 call and later.

    Duration:

    • 2015 Call: minimum 2 months, maximum 4 months

    • 2016, 2017, and 2018 Calls: minimum 1 month

    Period:
    During the validity of the predoctoral grant

    Application Procedure:
    Applications are processed through the host department and must be approved by the responsible professor, taking into account the available balance. If the stay exceeds 3 months, the signature of the Vice-Rector for Academic Staff Policy is required.
    The duly signed application must be submitted to the Talent Acquisition Unit (UCT) of the Personnel Service, Vèrtex Building, 3rd Floor (UPC).

    1. Cobertura Sanitària: notificació a la Seguretat Social
    2. Insurance: Obligatòria en desplaçaments a països sense cobertura de la targeta sanitària europea, contractada per l'entitat beneficiària.
