Functions of the Research Employment Advice and Support Unit (UASLR):

• We assist and advise the staff of the university’s research groups.
• We provide guidance for the proper management of human resources, ensuring the most efficient service possible and compliance with various regulatory frameworks.
• We act as a bridge in managing an area situated between the R&D Department and the Human Resources Service, adapting to the needs of the research faculty.
• We facilitate communication channels to connect with research staff and collaborate with technical staff on national and European projects.
• We design applications to streamline communication and information systems for research staff, helping them use the university’s technological tools and providing relevant information for decision-making.
