The UPC participates in the XII Unite! Dialogue at Aalto University

From October 6 to 9, 2025, the Talent Acquisition Unit of the UPC’s Human Resources Service took part in the XII Unite! Dialogue, held at Aalto University in Espoo (Finland). The event brought together around 300 representatives from the nine universities that make up the Unite! alliance, providing a meeting space to share experiences, promote joint projects, and strengthen cooperation among European institutions.

This edition, under the theme “Connect and Collaborate,” focused on supporting the professional development of early-career researchers. In this context, the UPC’s Human Resources Service actively participated in the Talent & Career Development working group, contributing to the presentation of the new “Unite! Career Guide for Young Researchers.” This guide is a practical resource offering strategies, exercises, and advice to help researchers at the beginning of their careers reflect, plan, and build their professional paths with a sustainable and international vision.

The UPC’s participation in this international forum reinforces its commitment to promoting talent, mobility, and the professional development of research staff, while also strengthening its involvement in the strategic objectives of the Unite! alliance.
