Talent Hub participates in the International Staff Training Week 2026 at UPC

The Unitat de Captació de Talent participated in the International Staff Training Week 2026, organized by the International Relations Bureau of the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya · BarcelonaTech (UPC) from 20 to 24 April 2026.

Under the theme “Internationalization: global horizons, sharing good practices”, the event brought together administrative and technical staff from partner universities across Europe and beyond to exchange experiences and strengthen international collaboration within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme.

Throughout the week, participants explored key topics related to international mobility management, global alliances, innovation, and institutional cooperation through presentations, networking sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities held at the Barcelona Campus Nord and Terrassa Campus.

Representing Talent Hub and the Unitat de Captació de Talent, Trinidad Carneros and Lorena Sanchez contributed to the programme with interventions focused on talent attraction, international outreach, and the promotion of global opportunities for researchers and professionals.

The event provided an excellent platform to share best practices, foster new connections, and reinforce UPC’s commitment to internationalization and collaborative knowledge exchange.
