JUAN DE LA CIERVA 2025

Objectiu

L'objecte de la convocatòria Juan de la Cierva és fomentar la incorporació de joves, en possessió del grau de doctor, a fi que completin la seva formació investigadora postdoctoral en centres d'R+D espanyols.

Requisits generals 

• Haver obtingut el títol de doctor entre 01/01/2024 i 31/12/2025 (s'entén com a data d'obtenció del doctorat la data de lectura i aprovació de la tesi)

• No haver fet la formació predoctoral a la UPC.

Durada ajut

• Els ajuts concedits tenen una durada de 3 anys (novetat d'aquesta convocatòria)

Característiques 

• Màxim 100 hores per any de docència. 

Cofinançament per part del grup de recerca

• Aquest ajut es destinarà necessàriament a cofinançar la retribució i la quota patronal de la Seguretat Social dels investigadors contractats durant cadascuna de les anualitats considerades independentment. 

  A partir de l'import concedit de 35.000€ anuals, el grup de recerca en el qual s'integri el/la candidat/a haurà de finançar la diferència entre el cost total de contractació (retribució i la quota patronal) i l'ajut que ens atorga el Ministerio De Ciencia, Innovación y Universidades. Aquest import serà aproximadament de 5.729€ per a cadascuna de les anualitats de l'ajut, que és de 3 anys. Alternativament, la UPC pot assumir el cofinançament per part de grup de recerca, amb el compromís que l'investigador imparteixi 18 PADS/any (60 hores de docència).

• Els ajuts concedits se sotmeten al règim fiscal vigent en el moment del seu atorgament.

Presentació sol·licituds

Del 25/11/2025 al 10/12/2025, ambdós inclosos fins, a les 14:00 hores (hora peninsular espanyola).

 La presentació de la sol·licitud s'haurà de realitzar pels investigadors a través de les aplicacions telemàtiques habilitades a la web del Ministeri. Posteriorment hi haurà una validació per part de la UPC. Per tal de valorar la sol·lcitud serà imperscindible que el responsable del grup de recerca signi i envii un aval a captaciotalent.sp@upc.edu .

Objective

The objective of the Juan de la Cierva call is to encourage the incorporation of young people, in possession of a doctorate, in order to complete their postdoctoral research training in Spanish R&D centers.

General requirements

• Have obtained the doctorate between 01/01/2024 and 31/12/2025 (the date of obtaining the doctorate is understood to be the date of reading and approval of the thesis).
• Have not completed predoctoral training at the UPC. 

Duration of the grant

3 years (new in this call)

Characteristics

Maximum 100 hours per year of teaching.

Cofinancing by the research group

This grant will necessarily be used to co-finance the remuneration and employer's Social Security contribution of the researchers hired during each of the annuities considered independently.

 Based on the amount granted of €35,000 per year, the research group in which the candidate is integrated must finance the difference between the total cost of hiring (remuneration and employer's contribution) and the grant granted by the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities. This amount will be approximately €5.729 for each of the annuities of the grant, which is 3 years. Alternatively, the UPC can assume the co-financing by the research group, with the commitment that the researcher teaches 18 PADS/years (60 teaching hours).

The grants granted are subject to the tax regime in force at the time of their award.

Submission of applications

From 25/11/2025 to 10/12/2025, both included, until 2:00 p.m. (Spanish peninsular time).

The submission of the application must be made by researchers through the telematic applications enabled on the Ministry's website. Subsequently, there will be a validation by the UPC. In order to assess the application, it will be essential that the head of the research group signs and sends a guarantee to captaciotalent.sp@upc.edu .
